CaterLot and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. CaterLot sells products intended for the purpose of doing business and in dealing with Caterlot the purchaser admits that all transactions are business to business. When dealing with CaterLot or any of its affiliates, you will do so subject to these terms and conditions.

Pricing and delivery

Except where noted otherwise, all pricing displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself excluding Value Added Taxation as indicated. All orders over R2 500.00 (two thousand five hundred rand) excl. VAT will be shipped free of charge. In the event of the delivery address being in an outlying area, good will be shipped to the depot of our couriers nearest to the final delivery address provided by the purchaser. The purchaser will be notified once goods arrive and will be required to collect the goods at their own expense.

Electronic Communications

When you visit CaterLot or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CaterLot or its content suppliers and protected by South African and international copyright laws. Trademarks

CaterLot, and other CaterLot graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks of CaterLot or its affiliates in South Africa and/or other countries. CaterLot trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not CaterLot's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits CaterLot. All other trademarks not owned by CaterLot or its affiliates that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CaterLot or its affiliates.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of CaterLot so long as the link does not portray CaterLot, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. CaterLot and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from CaterLot are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

CaterLot and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, CaterLot does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by CaterLot itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Return Policy

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell on our website. If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product, credit your account or issue a refund promptly, as long as the product package has not been broken and the product has not been used. Proof of purchase would be required. When returning goods, please provide your invoice or receipt. Please contact us on 021 949 7325 or email us and we will try our best to assist you in making arrangements to return the goods in a safe manner. If a product is faulty, we will send it back to the manufacturer, and replace the product for you immediately. If you do not wish to have the same product, you may choose another, or we will issue you with a refund.

Warranty of Equipment

All products purchased from CaterLot come with a standard 12 month manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims require a copy of the original invoice, model, and serial number. The warranty does not cover defects from misuse of equipment, incorrect installation or operation, lack of maintenance, and wear and tear on parts such as heating elements, belts, blades, glass, lights, and etc. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by an outside source such as lightning, human abuse, electrical surges etc. The warranty is a carry-inn warranty and the purchaser is expected to deliver the faulty item to the nearest accredited Caterlot repair centre. In the event of the product being installed on the premises of the purchaser the cost of visiting the premises (travelling time and distance) will be for the purchaser’s expense.

Applicable Law

By visiting CaterLot, you agree that the South African law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and CaterLot or its affiliates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to CaterLot or to products you purchase through CaterLot shall be submitted to confidential arbitration by law, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate CaterLot's intellectual property rights, CaterLot may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court within South Africa, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement.

Site Policies, Modification, And Severability

Please review any other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to CaterLot. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
