The traditional baking ovens. Bakery deck ovens bake with static heat with a humidifying option available in certain models.
Selected models are also fitted with stone base oven chambers, which is ideal for baking artisan breads, to give them that authentic “rustic†look and taste. When buying an oven with a stone base it can also double up as a pizza oven.
Ovens are configured for 600 x 400mm baking trays and they vary from one to three decks with the capacity for one to nine pans per oven.
